Yes — 100%. We bring a self-contained water supply and our own power source. All you need is a space to park. No hookups, no hoses, no inconvenience on your end.
It depends on the package and your vehicle size. The Essential takes 1.5–2 hours, The Detail runs 3–4 hours, and The Deep Clean can take 5–7 hours. Exterior-only appointments are faster. We'll always give you a time estimate when you book.
We're based in Toms River and serve Ocean & Monmouth County — including Brick, Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, Freehold, Wall, Asbury Park, Point Pleasant, Seaside Heights, Barnegat, and more. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give us a call — we're flexible.
We collect payment after the job is completed and you've had a chance to look everything over. We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. No surprises — the price is confirmed before we start.
We monitor the weather closely and will reach out to reschedule if conditions make it impossible to work. Interior-only appointments can usually proceed regardless of weather. We'll always communicate with you well in advance and find a time that works.
A Maintenance Wash is a discounted upkeep detail for customers who've had their car serviced by Dom's Detailing within the last 30 days. It's designed to keep your car in top condition between full details. To book one, you'll need your previous booking reference number (DOMS-XXXXX) and it must have been within the last 30 days. You can select this option during the booking process.
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded. Your vehicle and property are protected throughout every appointment. We operate professionally and take complete responsibility for our work.
Absolutely — that's one of the best parts. If your parking lot allows it, we can detail your car while you're at work and have it done by the time you're ready to leave. Just make sure you have a spot we can access and let us know in the location notes when booking.
No — you don't need to be present. As long as we can access the vehicle and you've given us any gate codes or parking info in the notes, we'll handle everything. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done so you can come take a look before we pack up.
It depends on how much you use it and what conditions you drive in. As a general guide: a full detail every 2–3 months is ideal for most people, with a maintenance wash in between to keep things fresh. If you have kids, pets, or commute heavily, every 4–6 weeks for a maintenance wash makes a big difference. We'll remind you automatically when you're due — that's built into every booking.
The Detail is our most popular full-service package — it covers everything a well-maintained car needs and leaves it looking great. The Deep Clean is for cars that have been through more: heavy staining, embedded odors, pet hair, years of buildup, or anything that needs serious extraction and restoration work. If you're not sure which one you need, describe your car's condition in the notes and Dom will let you know before you book.
Yes. Light pet hair is covered in The Detail and Deep Clean. For heavy buildup — multiple dogs, years of shedding, hair embedded deep in the carpet — we offer a dedicated Pet Hair Removal add-on that uses specialized extraction tools. If you're not sure whether you need the add-on, mention it in your notes and Dom will assess when he arrives.
For cigarette or cigar smoke, we recommend the Smoke & Nicotine Treatment add-on — a hands-on multi-step process that scrubs the headliner, vents, and upholstery with odor-neutralizing products. For extreme cases or lingering odors after that, the Ozone Treatment (also an add-on) runs an industrial generator through the sealed car to neutralize odors at the source. Some heavy smoke situations benefit from both. Be upfront when booking so Dom comes prepared.
Yes — we detail all vehicle types including trucks, SUVs, vans, and large vehicles. Larger vehicles take more time and product, so there's a small size surcharge added automatically when you select your vehicle type during booking. It's clearly shown before you confirm — no surprises.

Yes — completely free on every booking. Just add it during the booking process so Dom knows to bring the right supplies. The car seat is removed, fully extracted, and sanitized with child-safe products. Crumbs, spills, and bacteria in the buckles and padding are all cleaned out. Safe for infants and toddlers.
Absolutely — just select "A Gift" at the start of the booking wizard. You'll enter the vehicle info and location for the recipient, and your own contact info at the end. The confirmation goes straight to you. You can also add a gift message and optionally send the recipient a heads-up text or email. Perfect for Father's Day, birthdays, or just because.
